Refund Policy

Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Opened products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Services: All services must be booked ahead of time. We do sometimes take walk-ins if term permits. 

All services must be paid minimum deposit at the time of booking. 

Refunds for services are not provided once the service has been rendered and deposit are not refundable, if you miss your appointment but we can reschedule for another time if you call ahead of time.
